Pleasant Prairie, WI – Hospice Alliance is pleased to team up with area health and human service organizations on April 16th for a special National Healthcare Decisions Day community event. As part of the 8th annual national event, Hospice Alliance will offer education and information on the importance of completing a Wisconsin Power of Attorney (POA) for Healthcare from 9:00am to 4:00pm at its office located at 10220 Prairie Ridge Blvd., Pleasant Prairie, and WI. Attendees do not need to schedule an appointment.
A short informational video will run, featuring local attorney, Carl Holborn, from O’Neil, Cannon, Hollman, Dejon, and Laing, a Milwaukee firm. Using easy-to-understand language and real-world examples, Holborn outlines the importance of having a POA for Healthcare. Hospice Alliance staff and volunteers will also be on hand throughout the day to assist with questions and www.clashroyaleboom.com completion of the Wisconsin POA for Healthcare form.
