Session 1: Quieting the Mind: Guided Imagery & Aromatherapy
Participants will experience guided imagery in a room scented with relaxing essential oils to help quiet the mind. Gain valuable insights on how to continue your journey forward. Exploration of the ve senses will be used to help access the present moment. An opportunity to journal/create art will be given based on the guided imagery experience. Group discussion will follow.

Session 2: In the Cocoon: Honoring Your Individual Grieving Process
This session will focus on resting in the cocoon of your grief. Participants will be guided on how to create space for transformation that honors their unique grieving process. Learn to recognize and embody your grief through creative movement and drawing/painting activities. Group discussion will follow.

Session 3: Who Am I Now? Reclaiming Self After Loss
Utilizing movement, meditation, aromatherapy, art and journaling, participants will be guided through an exploration of self. Who were you before your loved one’s death and who are you now? Who do you want to be? How have you been impacted physically, emotionally, spiritually and intellectually? Create collages reecting your identity before and after your loss.
